Tracking Questions
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is provided after your order has been dispatched. Please check your shipping confirmation email. Be sure to use the parcel tracking number rather than your Life Amalfi order number.
Why is my tracking number not showing any updates?
Tracking information is not always available immediately. After a shipping label is created, the carrier may need a few business days to scan and register the parcel in its network.
Why hasn't my tracking updated for several days?
International parcels can travel for several days between logistics centres without receiving a new scan. Updates may also pause during air transit, customs processing or when the parcel is being transferred to a local delivery partner.
Will my parcel use more than one carrier?
It may. International shipments can be handled by one logistics partner during international transit and another carrier during final-mile delivery in the United Kingdom.
My tracking says delivered, but I cannot find my parcel.
Please check any safe delivery locations, your building reception, household members and nearby neighbours first. If your parcel is still missing, contact our customer care team and include your order number and tracking number.
Is my AliExpress or marketplace order number a tracking number?
No. A marketplace order number identifies the purchase itself. Tracking requires the logistics or parcel tracking number assigned to the shipment.
