By placing an order, you confirm that:

* you are legally capable of entering into the transaction.

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, sizes, specifications, photographs and other information accurately.

* colours may appear differently depending on the device or display used;
* dimensions and measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances;
* fabric appearance may differ slightly under different lighting;

Some products may be fulfilled through international fulfilment partners.

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.

Any applicable delivery estimate will be communicated through the website, checkout, order information or dispatch communications.

## 11. Risk During Delivery

Responsibility for goods during transit will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer risks to the consumer earlier than permitted by law.

Life Amalfi currently provides a voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible items in addition to statutory rights.

Nothing in our return policy or these Terms restricts rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it indefinitely.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for any unavailable item.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to:
